It would be such a silly idea to use chicken feed to enhance the size of your butts. Unnatural ways such as butt enhancers and creams will do great, but they come with side effects too. I am sure you're not ready to deal with these side effects, right?

You might think they are just myths, but they are a reality. I saw a woman who had the left side of her butt bigger than the right side. I concluded it was not disability. It had to do with butt enhancers which had backfired on her.

For sure, if you use the shortcut way and you succeed, the results will be close to fantastic. But again it will be obvious to people that your butts are not natural. There's something that really makes it obvious.

Even if you opt for Botox, like what Kim Kardashian recently did, you'll look good for some time, but the side effects are long-term. You don't want to deal with them.

But there's only one secret to developing big, well-toned butts that everyone will admire. In fact, everyone can build the size of their butts to look good, though it takes some effort.

Squats
I know squats are difficult and time consuming, but it's the only natural way to tone your butts. Squats primarily aim at the thigh muscles, hamstrings, hips and butts, plus they strengthen the bone.

They will help you increase strength and the size of your butts.

To do them, stand with your feet wide apart. The distance in between your feet should be wider than the width of your hips.

Bend both knees and hips to lower the torso with your whole body weight before returning to upright position. Repeat.


Lunges
They primarily target quadriceps, hamstrings, hips and buttocks so that they shape up.

To do them, stand straight with your legs hip-width apart. Then place your hands on your hips.

It's time to flex the abdominal muscles inwards and upwards.

Move your right foot forward, approximately 2-3 feet ahead. Then lift the left foot upwards slightly in such a a way that only the toe is in contact with the floor. Bend both knees at the same time. Stay in that position for 5 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.

Aim at 100 squats and lunges everyday, and both men and women will envy your butts. Please just stay away from chicken feeds and butt enhancers. Chicken feeds are food for the chicken. Butt enhancers are not natural, they will cause damage to your butts. Finally, stay away from plastic surgery.
