Miss University Kenya 2014: Joan Musumba

Joan Musumba is the new Miss
University Kenya.
The Kenyatta University Economics
and Statistics student beat 16 other
finalists from various universities —
among them two fellow Kenyatta
University models who had beaten
her during the preliminaries — to
scoop the coveted crown during a
glitz ceremony held at the Kenyatta
International Convention Centre
(KICC) on Friday night.
On second place was Winnie Njoki
from Multimedia University of Kenya
with the current Miss Kenyatta
University Eunice Njeri coming third.
“This is both humbling and
overwhelming,” a jovial Joan told
shinekenya minutes after winning
the crown.
“It presents a new challenge to me
as being Miss University Kenya
leaves me with great responsibilities
among them representing Kenya
during the Miss University Africa
finals in October,” added Joan, an
extrovert who describes herself as a
go-getter.
Coincidentally, Joan has been
working under the mentorship of the
outgoing Miss University Eunice
Kamau, also from Kenyatta
University.
“I am so happy that Joan takes the
crown from me. I mentored her and
I agree that she deserved to win in
this competition that was truly a
close call,” Eunice remarked.
The winners went home with big
cash rewards presented to them by
the Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko who
was one of the guests.

First of all, before anything is said let me just get it out there, we love women, and by ‘we’ I mean all straight men. There is no doubt about that. There are things about you that your guy should never know about you. Though we know that they happen we shouldn’t be reminded that they actually happen! Men do it and get away with it because they apparently take too long to mature. The most men should know about women’s gas is that it smells like flowers. This is the reason why air fresheners were invented. We should never even hear those thundering and or hissing noises that are synonymous with visits to the toilet.

Even when it’s taking a leak! I admit though one would mistake a man taking a tinkle for a horse doing the same, it can go on for minutes with the unmistakable pouring sound unrelenting. Smart women have a radio in the bathroom to mask those noises. I noticed this at my sister’s place and I initially thought it was for entertainment. That was until I realized that only the music would only be played when she was in.

How To Naturally Increase The Size Of Your Butts, Hips ---No Enhancers or Chicken Feed ~ Shine Kenya

They will help you increase strength and the size of your butts.

To do them, stand with your feet wide apart. The distance in between your feet should be wider than the width of your hips.

Bend both knees and hips to lower the torso with your whole body weight before returning to upright position. Repeat.

Lunges
They primarily target quadriceps, hamstrings, hips and buttocks so that they shape up.

To do them, stand straight with your legs hip-width apart. Then place your hands on your hips.

It's time to flex the abdominal muscles inwards and upwards.

Move your right foot forward, approximately 2-3 feet ahead. Then lift the left foot upwards slightly in such a a way that only the toe is in contact with the floor. Bend both knees at the same time. Stay in that position for 5 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.

Aim at 100 squats and lunges everyday, and both men and women will envy your butts. Please just stay away from chicken feeds and butt enhancers. Chicken feeds are food for the chicken. Butt enhancers are not natural, they will cause damage to your butts. Finally, stay away from plastic surgery.
